FaciliSight™

Real time information access for Property Managers and Owners to make informed decisions about their maintenance needs.

FaciliSight™ provides site-specific information for each location we evaluate and/or manage for our clients. Pavement Management Planning begins with an up-to-date assessment of your pavement’s current condition. The data collected by our field engineers is uploaded into a database and made available as a Pavement Management Program to our clients.

FaciliSight™ creates an ongoing history and tracks all maintenance efforts performed at each location. This gives both parties the ability to determine if the applied maintenance procedures are producing the desired outcomes and objectives, as well as the ability to adjust the program whenever necessary.

This web-based application allows clients to log in with a unique user name and password to review their evaluation results, send service requests, provide feedback about our performance, and send input as to how to make this tool more useful to them.

Upon logging in, the client will have access to:

• Visual assessment of their location including digital photos documenting their pavement’s current condition, distresses, severity and overall appearance


• A detailed sketch or CAD Drawing of the entire site and an aerial photo (where available), including building(s), asphalt pavements, arterial roads, entrances and exits, loading zones, dumpster pads, concrete pavements and sidewalks, catch basin locations and drainage


• An asset condition report listing facility location, total area and types of pavements, asset value, and condition summary


• Custom engineered specifications for corrective or structural rehabilitation procedures and maintenance procedures


• Cost quotations for corrective and rehabilitation procedures


• Budget forecast and recommendations for a designated time period


• An ongoing maintenance history including all services performed at each location, materials used, date and type of last service

With this information in hand, FaciliSight™ provides our clients the ability to solicit uniform bids and eliminate opinion-based proposals from their existing contractors, or from other competitive contractors, and receive directly comparable estimates.
